Abstract submission has ended. The authors of accepted abstracts will be informed via email in July.


Types of abstract presentations

  • Oral Presentation

    Up to 36 abstracts will be chosen for presentation within the parallel sessions. For an oral presentation of abstracts, a time slot of 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes discussion is scheduled. Note: oral presentations must be held by the first author of the submitted abstract!

  • Poster Presentation

    Authors of abstracts not chosen for the oral presentation will have the opportunity to present their work as a poster presentation. The size of posters must be less than 1.2m (height) x 0.9m (width).

  • Guided Poster Tour

    The top ten rated posters of each category will be chosen as a "Poster of Distinction" and the authors will have the opportunity to present their poster within the Guided Poster Tour.
